Everyone was so awesome to me. Nice people that work here. I had terrible anxiety when i first started going there. But they were kind and caring to me. The guards were always pleasant to me.

The most professional people here are the ones that answer the phone calls. The case manager I spoke to in charge of my case told me as a victim that I had the right to put in a statement to lift our no contact addendum that they put in place. After a week of no response after sending my letter I called and was told me request was denied. I asked for a supervisor who goes by the name of Tedd Goldmeier (unsure of spelling) who was completely rude and could care less for any victims under these cases. I'm pregnant; due in a few months but they dont care. They still refuse to let me have contact with the Father of my unborn child even after telling them I am in a high risk pregnancy and could go into labor early and need to communicate that with him. He lies and said theres nothing I can do about it; not even with a lawyer. He was very rude and uncaring the entire time and refused to let me speak with anyone else when I asked. He also lied and says their is no one above him, but when I called back I found out their is someone above his Supervisor status there. You people make someone like me as a victim never want to call 911 ever again if it means I have to be punished. My partner only has 1.5 months left of house arrest; yet they still wont give me any info into removing it; besides lying saying I cant do nothing. Not only that but when I asked to speak to the case manager that I had spoken to previously who instructed me to send the letter for possible approval of lifting the order Ted says; you can't speak to her. In fact I am going to inform her to not take any of your phone calls, and you are not aloud to call this building ever again. Then he hangs up on me. My advice to you Ted would be to put yourself in our shoes, and realize that we are real people with real lives. I've already been going through depression in my pregnancy as it is; especially with a high risk pregnancy as my own and veil people like you do not need to work in a position in which victims with real problems call in to get help. If you can't handle that find a different job. This is a Public Government facility and I the victim will call you guys as much as I darn well need. Not to mention that you hung up on me once when you got irritated and I had to call back just to hear you sarcastically say; oh no, I dont know what happened. Please do us all a favor and go find a job better suited for yourself.

Most of the staff is very rude. They are not interested in your progress, just the money that you give them. If you are considering programs to execute your time on, pick work release.

Nobody in there deserves a job.
