I came to metro because of discrimination; the initial investigation came back with no discrimination found, it also stated that did not contact any of my witnesses. I appealed on grounds that my investigation did not include my witnesses, they denied my appeal and states again they did not contact witnesses. The manager refused to reopen the case and conduct a proper investigation. Avoid this place, they are discriminative themselves and will not conduct your investigations legally. Seek a lawyer, it's a much better route.

I filed a discrimination complaint with video, actual video showing the discrimination from a restaurant and they found no probable cause. This place is a joke. Took a year, literally a year to get a determination from this special interest board of political appointed hacks. Don't waste your time. Pro se litigation would have yielded better, quicker results.

Don’t go there because the board is corrupt and you don’t have a chance filing a case because the board is payed off!!
