Clean store...very organized and uncluttered. Prices are decent for higher grade tools. Nice discounts and average pricing on lower grade tools. I would pick Klutch over Pittsburgh all day long. Only issue so far is that I have to hunt down someone to help me get the products I in cages. Usually have to go to cashier to page for assistance. If not for that 5 stars easy.

Easy to get assistance, they went above my expectations in digging in the storage room to get me the item I was after as the shelf was empty.
New building, very clean, lots of very help clerks there to help find what you were looking for. A good shopping experience.
Nice big store. My first visit and I wasn't sure what to expect. My opinion is I think it's very similar to Tractor Supply in many ways. I was looking for a small smooth jaw vise but I didn't see any.
