I would not recommend.

Full of thieves. they take your purse and/or wallet and look through it, take your phone away, along with several other personal items. had to go to jury duty here once. hope it never happens again. very scary place.

Impressive big old beautiful building.

I am sure it is beautiful but the experience is an F. No cell phones allowed and they do not let you even deposit your phone with them. Who in 2019 does not allow cell phones? You can go to every airport and every other courthouse I have ever been to ( I am a lawyer)with your phone. Just another example of imperious judges totally out of touch with their surroundings.Needless to say we did not get in.
