Went to purchase a puzzle for my nephew. Although I have a medical condition I was still trying to comply with a mask over my mouth. When I was told by an employee I had to cover my nose. I advised that I have a medical condition and then I was told I needed to wear a face shield. I chose to leave. I am dissatisfied that a store would have a process in place that would discriminate against someone with a medical condition. I should not have to disclose what my medical condition is that prevents me from covering my nose. Will NEVER shop there again.

They were so worried about people not having masks over their noses but had no sanitizer at the door. Did'nt see anyone wiping things down and the place was dirty. They just opened and the floor was disgusting! I walked out, id rather spend my money somewhere else, which i did find something for my son at another store. The rest of the outlet stores were great. I just do not recommend this store to anyone! Dont go here!

No wonder this store is empty. The “manager”, or whoever was on the floor when I entered today was completely rude and lacks basic manners.nnThis store is also dark and un-inviting, which just added to the un-welcome experience.nnSkip this store. It’s not worth the trip to the mall.

Amazing selection of toys and games! Staff was so polite and helpful, we'll definitely be back!
