This is by far the best roofing company in Ft Wayne and Northern Indiana. Right from the time I called Landmark roofing to inspect my roof, they were very prompt, honest and professional. I had gotten quotes from 2 other companies before I thought of checking with Landmark. They gave me the lowest quote for the job. Leroy Graber was absolutely fantastic and very patient. He explained each and every line from the estimate and why it was needed. The visit to their office to select the color of the shingles was also seamless. We fixed on a date and the crew was promptly in at 6 am. The brought in an industrial sized garbage bin for the old roofing, so were very clean and tidy. The roofing crew finished the job in a day, cleaned up after themselves. No signs of any trash anywhere nor that roofing work was done during the day. Only sign is the amazing looking new roof. Landmark roofing has just transformed my beat-up roof into a masterpiece. I totally recommend.nnOh and they take money only after the job is done and only after the owners come in for a walk through with the customer. That is professionalism and confidence in their work!!

I had many quotes for the replacement of my roof this summer. The Landmark Roofing company did a great job right from the beginning with the quote breaking everything down by each item. They were very thorough in answering all my questions before awarding them the contract. They sell a great product - Owen Corning - and they offer a 10-year workmanship warranty plus the Owens Corning warranty. The installation crew was awesome. They were very punctual, worked diligently through the day, great attention to detail, and did a great job with cleanup. After the job was complete, I had a one on one walk through with the owner, Perry. Several open items were identified, and all were repaired to my satisfaction. Cannot say enough positive things about Landmark Roofing. Landmark is the best roofing value in Fort Wayne. I highly recommend them.
Exceeded expectations! They were committed to completing the job in a timely manner. Made sure everything was done to a high standard.
We used Landmark in Feb 2019. We had a few shingles blow off. They came out and fixed it, only charged us $150.00 which was very reasonable. This past week, after the storm we had the same situation, couple shingles blew off. Of course we called Landmark the next day. The person taking the call was very nice and scheduled an appt. A guy named Troy G came out. He wasn't there to fix it, JUST to give us a quote. What? I told them what was wrong. Anyways, Troy said it would be $750.00!! WHAT? We said just an year ago it was only $150. Troy said we can blame him for the increase. He said he was new and that he told the owner he was charging too little for their services. Well Mr Owner, just so you know, we got the work done from another company for less than the $150 we would have been more than willing to pay your company. And as long as Mr TroyG works there we wont be calling again nor recommending your company (which we had just done for a complete roof job, but not now). WE realize we're just one small customer but good luck with those big increases!
