Disc Replay

They have a great collection of movies. But however when it comes to selling thing there customer service isn't that good . I sell things I don't get much out of it and they forget to call my name. Like I selled my Wii , Wii controller, a GameCube controller ,a flash drive and and some games I only got $22 out of it.

Came in to return a few games purchased a week before. Reason was because I wasn’t satisfied with the games and was told that I could return them in under 14 days. I was refused to be given all my money back because the games weren’t “broken” and the worker tried to rip me off with “In store credit” which wasn’t even 50% of the initial price of the games purchased. I have always had such great experiences here and this one time ruined it for me. A return is a damn return no matter what whether you don’t like the game or if it’s broken. It’s frustrating to a customer who would like their money back.

Pretty nice place to go actually the only place to go for games and movies in fort Waynethe only thing is once that line gets long they don't have more cashiers to ring people upas fast as they need to so they get behind and it's that much more harder for them to get ahead and not have people waiting in line 10 to 15 minuteswould be 4 stars if they could fix this 5 Stars if they could keep the floor free of debris

Great prices on Wii games for my grandson.
