If I could give negative I would! Do NOT get your jewelry from here! Got my engagement ring from here. Have had numerous diamonds fall out. Always get a different excuse of why it keeps happening. Got a ring from Valentine's day from here. Again, stone after stone has fallen. Again, with different excuses until the manager finally told us that is was made poorly. And keep getting told, by the manager, with both of my rings and my necklace just don't wear them to bed, when you do house work, don't wear them to work. When am I supposed to wear my jewelry then? Of course they don't make you have to come in every 6 months like other jewelry stores to have your jewelry inspected to keep the warranty. They'll have your jewelry way more than that anyway for repairs! I've had my rings now 3 years and they have always had it more than me! And when I take it in for repair it always takes 4-6 weeks to get it back. Then we put my wedding band in layaway (the ONLY reason we bought that with them is because we were promised they would give us a good deal for all the trips we've had to make (1 hour one way), for all the broken jewelry, etc. Only gave us 10% off, then got an email the NEXT DAY that all diamonds are 30%!!! I've had to change my wedding date twice because of them! Told me to come today and pick up my wedding ring that they were sizing and sodering to my engagement ring. Get there and they are CLOSED!!! Couldn't call or email before I drove all the way there? So right now they have ALL of my jewelry except my necklace!!! I want them to buy my jewelry back!!!! Walmart jewelry is probably better quality!!!!

My (now) fiancée went to R&H and Linda really helped him pick out the PERFECT ring!! I never expected what he got for me! Then, I went in to get my ring sized and Linda helped me. I had NO IDEA you could get a 1/4 size (7, 7.25, 7.5, 7.75, 8, etc.). I thought it was only 1/2 (9, 9.5, 10, etc.) Well the 9 was too tight and the 9.5 was too loose, so I was trying to decide what to do...and Linda suggested 9.25. It’s PERFECT! She was quick and taught me about how a ring should fit, how to care for my ring, and was so kind! I expected to wait a week or two for my ring, but it was done THE NEXT DAY!! I highly recommend going in to R&H if you’re in the market for some jewelry!

I am always impressed by the wonderful customer service by Linda and Bianca! They go out of their way to be friendly, hospitable and professional! Other Jewelry stores at the Glenbrook mall are not nearly engaging. Appreciate all your smiles when I shop and visit the Store!nGreat Customer Service! Wow!

I have tried every method of trying to contact a person of higher authority and have had NO luck. I have only been wearing my $4,000 engagement ring for 4 months (bought it 8 months ago) and have diamonds fall out 3 DIFFERENT TIMES. I took my ring in 4 weeks ago today to Fort Wayne to have them fix it yet another time. Every time we went in about a fallen out diamond, they gave us a different excuse every time. I was told that I can't wash dishes, shower, WEAR IT TO BED, WEAR IT AROUND THE HOUSE, etc. We had issues with management in Fort Wayne giving us the run around, so I contacted Sarah Kent at the home office. I left a message and she contacted me the same day. She wanted the ring sent to the home office for the buyer to look it over to see if we could exchange it due to all of the issues. I thought the phone call went very well and she was going to make things right. Well now, I had the ring sent to the home office 2 weeks ago and DO NOT have ANY updates. Sarah Kent will NOT answer or return my calls. We were told we would be able to exchange it because of how terrible our experience has been and now we can't get ahold of ANYONE. We have never been so disappointed in a company as much as we are with Rogers and Hollands. It is to the point where we just want a refund to go somewhere else!! I am in the process of working with the Better Business Bureau since they will actually help us out. :)
