I had an MRI several weeks after a fresh piercing. I got a double, paying over $100. It showed that while we paid for 14k earnings they had metal in them, do I was forced to take then out. In that time they had both closed off, but I managed to get one back through re-puncturing it. We went right back to the pagoda and explained the situation. They gal at the counter was extremely rude and refused to help, even though it cost them nothing to do. I was told if I had any issues to come back. In reality there was zero customer service.

Had my cartilage pierced and she did a really good job at piercing and explaining how to properly take care of it I'm definitely going back for another!

I was with my friend and we went and got double piercings. My friend got an infection infection due to bad sanitization. She now has to pay for another double piercing and a hospital bill, not coming back.
