I've gotten a few things from here as gifts for my boyfriend for the last two years. Everything looks amazing, he always loves what I find him, the owner is amazing and other employees are really nice as well. They always make sure I see everything they have before deciding and never spend over what I'm looking to spend. This Christmas I got my man some dog tags with a nice chain to go with it and they were amazing at finding me the perfect set without going over my budget. Only problem was I was so excited I gave it to him before Christmas lol never the less he LOVED it! My man finally asked where I'm finding all this great stuff lol You have two loyal customers in us and we will always recommend you guys!

Completely incompetent employees with no regard for due care in operating a business and no warranty for shoddy work. NEVER take a watch to this kiosk for any type of battery change or repair. On July 13, 2015, I requested a battery change on an Ironman 100m watch with analog and digital time. The analog battery needed replaced as it was not keeping time accurately. The digital was keeping good time as the battery was changed in March 2015. During the replacement of the battery for the analog, the LCDs were very faint. The employee indicated it was a bad battery. But when he checked his voltage meter the battery was squarely in the green position (which would be accurate since the battery was only 4 months old). The LCDs were working fine when I brought the watch to him. So he replaced that battery with no additional charge and the LCDs were faint but readable. About 30 minutes later I checked the indigo light and it did not work. I turned the digital time off/on, but the LCDs did not come back on. On July 14, 2015 my wife took the watch back and he attempted to fix it. One hour later the LCDs stopped working again. This employee would not give a refund as he said it was a problem with the watch not the battery. A PROBLEM THAT HE CREATED during the battery change, as the digital LCDs worked fine when brought to him. This employee does not know how to work on watch mechanisms. He took 45 minutes to change a battery, was very rough in handling when the back was open, and did not take care to replace the pieces properly. Now the digital portion of my watch is broken.

I always take my set of watches to get battery changes there, ive been a customer for years never have a problem, i like the fact kiosk is always open from Monday to Sunday, owner is friendly and funny. thanks for the service
