Every single semester I have been here it's one thing or another that they didn't order or don't have enough of. Also, you'd think they would have ordered enough scrubs for nursing students since this degree has been here for forever??? Useless and rude (Irma). They don't even call you when your stuff has arrived like they said they would. Why aren't they ordering this stuff earlier? I swear my dog could do a better job at managing this bookstore
Pretty helpful staff. Usually have all the books for the classes you have if not they will order them. Some books are overpriced though so always check other places before buying.
Had to order my books, said they would call me when they would arrive. came to check in if they were, and they WERE.ndid not receive a call or any email, apparently the worker said they've been there for 3 WEEKS ridiculous and not very welcoming
One of my books didn’t come in until the fourth week of classes last semester because they “failed to order it.” My rental was still full price. Fine otherwise, convenient spot on campus.
The Follett Bookstore is really one of the best places to look for college materials. The sorting is done simply, the specific class materials are easy to find, and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. There's not much more one could ask from a school bookstore!
