Social Security Office

Re Post once again 6-28-18 I had to deal with this employee named Ms. Goings she always has a very rude attitude when I am there and is a very unpleasant individual. I had been waiting an hour for an 2 second print out. I will confront her next time because whatever her problem is she needs to deal with it! I was there yesterday morning around 9:10am to get printouts, I went to window 2. That worker was rude and I felt disrespectful, she seemed to not want to help me at all, and she had a rude snap back when I was double checking that she understood all the paperwork that I needed. She was not friendly at all. People like her should be behind the scenes and stay far away from customer service. I have had her before and that encounter did not go well either, she didn’t help me like she was supposed to and a supervisor was informed. She really needs to be away from customers if she won’t do her job professionally.

Every time I call I am greeted by someone with very little patience and no desire to help. I am given confusing, conflicting directions or told to call another office every single time. The employees that answer are abrasive & rude.

Googled for directions on Lincolnway, Ft Wayne, IN. Very clearly says OPEN . Closes 4PM. I drove 45 minutes to get there. It is NOT open for 'customers' and they would not accept my paper work through the door or through the mail slot. Pity. Show a little flexibility during this time of pandemic.

This the one office that can help with u SSD AND SSI I would say they can help u if you have any questions about SSD AND SSI so I would recommend this Social Security Office

We have been trying to call to get the appointment for past two weeks, no one responds to the call. Not sure what's going on?
