Steppin' Up Physical Therapy

Minda Lemon was very kind. She was very thoughtful and held conversations. She was quick to greet me with a smile, (through her mask) and was always energetic. I always enjoy having her and enjoy going in. She, along with the other staff, are always a joy to walk in too. Always helpful and happy. Kacey also was a great help. She helped me many times, and I loved it. Always kind and polite.

I highly recommend Steppin Up Physical Therapy! I have been going there for both calf and achilles tendon issues from running. Therapists Cassey and Minda have been working with me. They both do a great job of laying out a plan and explaining to you what they are doing. In addition they give you exercises to do at home between visits, including good explanations of why and how. Everyone there is very professional and friendly which helps make a relaxing, fun environment. This includes Bethany at the front desk who also assists with ultra sound treatments and other office activities. I have been very happy with the results and have a much better idea of what I need to do to remain injury free.

It love it here! My therapists were really wonderful. Brooke was my main trainer, she gave me many strengthening exercises that I applied to my new workout routine. I am much stronger and better educated on how to keep my body in the best shape possible. Definite recommend.

I had a good time at therapy. Minda was great in helping me be able to get back into sports. She took care of my injury and I feel great now. Bethany the receptionist greeted me nicely every time I came in, and overall I had a good time getting better.

Excellant experience! Minda and Kacee know there stuff. All of the staff are very friendly. I would recommend this business to everyone! They left me in great shape. Far, far better than when I walked in in the very beginning.
