Allen County Soil and Water Conservation District

Was hired as the office manager. Spent my time here being bossed around by 2 girls who felt I was their personal assistant. Had to pack, move, ship, and lug around boxes most days. Office was a disorganized cluster. Missed a few days due to surgery and the boss couldn't even remember that. Then before I left, I found out, that rather than manage the office and handle accounting, as I was hired to do, my job would now consist of sitting up front answering phones and directing people as they came in. That was the final straw and I resigned as I was not hired to be a receptionist nor an assistant. It was a pretty good waste of a month and for the most part, the boss was never there. He had his project managers telling me what to do and having me do their grunt work and then got upset with me for telling him I was hired as an office manager, not a mover.. This place needs flushed on most staff and get someone who actually cares and can do the job. I would definitely not recommend.
