Lightening fast, in and out in like 10 minutes. Getting registration and plates for a new car. Lots of cleaning being done also. A+

Terrible... They sent a title to my old car to an a previous old address that I said do not send to which caused a lot of drama because we don’t talk to that person whose house it got sent too, every time I call there is long wait lines. Then, I went in person to buy another title which I told them for my old car and they sent me a title in the mail for my new car. So angry.

Very nice staff, quick service, and usually minimal wait. If you read instructions online before going in so you have all the necessary documents, the trip will be very fast. If you're super in a rush, make an appointment online before so you can just pop in and out.

Very fast and very polite and helpful. Arrived close to open and was about 10 people back in line. I had my number called within 5 minutes or so and had everything taken care of within 20 minutes. Not a painful experience at all!
