Allen County Public Library - Dupont

Some of the employees that I've worked with are very kind but unfortunately a couple bad apples spoil the whole bunch. An older woman who works there was cold and rude to my children and me and I'm definitely not excited to return. Very disappointing.

The white haired gentleman that works there is always mean to my kids! Everyone else that works there is helpful and kind.

Easy access and quick hands free checkout with the app and their touch free monitor. Only downside is it's so very quiet now with so many less patrons using the facility for other than picking up materials.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Checking out books easy and touchless.

I'm very happy that the library is continuing curbside pickup even though they are open to the public again! It was very easy and fairly quick!
