Red Baron Travel

Tanya goes above and beyond to help find the best travel plans for her clients! She is super professional, experienced and she eases the anxiety for those of us (like me!) who find booking travel overwhelming and stressful. She's the best!

We booked with Red Baron travel as a large group, about 300 people, to St. Louis, MO. The packages included flight, hotel, and a couple of tours. We were supposed to take a dinner river boat cruise on the Mississippi but we’re unable to do to the flooding of the river. Since we were unable to take the cruise we were taken to an Italian restaurant on The Hill. We paid $85 per person for the river cruise . The dinner we received at the restaurant was in my opinion was worth at most $40 per person. The food was fair but the service was very good. Our group of about 300 also booked a tour of the Anheuser Busch Brewery, which cost us quite a bit of money per person. We were told that we’d take a tour of the brewery and meet the famous Clydesdales. All of us were excited to take this tour but were extremely disappointed. Our tour guide provided by Anheuser was a nice young man and took us to meet the Clydesdales. As he was about to continue our tour we were told by the guide provided through Red Baron that we were going to get our free beer and then board the bus. What?! All of us were outraged! What type of tour of a brewery takes less than 15 minutes? We were told that we’d get two free beer tastings yet received only one. Some of our group members didn’t even receive their free beer. Our tour was to be from 2:00pm to 6:00pm and was to include a tour of the Basilica and Anheuser Busch. We had 30 minutes at the Basilica and 40 minutes at the brewery. Now we are on a bus driving around the city looking at things. No one is interested and we asked to return to our hotel but they wouldn’t take us. Everyone is disgusted with the tours we’ve had through Red Baron. I will never use or recommend Red Baron to anyone.
