The employees here don’t know how to talk to customers they aren’t very nice and they are always outside smoking not impressed

Cross eyed red head girl here doesn't know how to cancel a transaction? While I'm thinking really she is making me wait? What does she do if a customer says well nevermind like the one had infront of me? Then she figures it out, liar?? Then she doesn't know how to get kroger points off to work? My experience
