Worst mobile cellphone company the store there is what I like to call a yes man to answer yes to nearly all customer questions unless it's price or pay, pay, pay for calling 611 customer service with a person whom is hardly finished learning English as a second language so communication is near so not possible, or with one whom thinks they can solve the world alone anytime you ask for a manger you get disconnectednnHate this location for there yes sir customer service when in the end you find out it's not true the info gathered here 100%nnI had planned and will be speaking with the corporate office via ud83dudc0c mail.n(About other issues)
Great location and the staff is knowledgeable if your in the area and need great prices on a Cell Phone stop by!
I have been in the 6th st and the Springfield store. The staff on 6th are great, always helpful and looking to save you money. Saved me $30 a month for the same plan. Thanks!
