I moved here from south Florida last summer, I gotta admit I’m a little surprised at the bad reviews. The maintenance team here has been fantastic it hasn’t ever been more than one business day for them to come, usually it’s that day. I’ve asked them to come check out the windows, maintenance was there that day looked at it realized they needed to be replaced. Leasing office called me to let me know they scheduled the appointment with a contractor. And it was taken care of. I recently had a problem with the shower, made the request they came within the hour to look at it patched it up but also said that it might need a new shower insert and that they’d schedule it and call me back. Now you can say why is all this stuff needing to be replaced? It is an older apartment complex so stuff needs to be replaced but in my experience they have been fantastic about getting back to me, and fixing the problem! I’m definitely happy to be living here, and would do it again given the chance!
