Horrible service. Very rude.
If you are going to be bugged by not taking Credit Cards, don't go here. Otherwise, usually pretty quick lines and convenient location for SW.
First they are incredibly slow, second they should place the notice (hand written at that, not even professionally typed) that they only accept checks and cash somewhere you can see it prior to waiting in line for 13 minutes only to find out they don't accept cards for payment. Perhaps the front door or really anywhere else but under the register screen that you can't see until you make it to the counter.
Terrible. Paid over $18 to mail a package. Then they put a wrong lable on it and it keep winding up in Indianapolis. Took a month to get to Colorado!!!!!! I could have driven it there! Was really really disappointed
Bill, whoever he is in the office, is rude. The ladies are nice, but he is so rude. I will NOT take my business there, when I know he is in the office. Worst customer service ever
