Nathan and his intern Todd did an excellent job in teaching me exercises to help build muscle strength in my right leg I do all the excercises at home along with walking and riding my stationary bike. They gave me encouragement and praise along the way. The progress has been slow but I believe the help they gave me will help me make a recovery in time. The facility is new and the staff has been courteous and friendly.

All the staff at the Sage Bluff location have been friendly and helpful! Ali has been wonderful with working through my pain. She has been at great at listening to my concerns! Their number one goal is getting patients back to a sense or normal.

I am near the end of my third round of sessions (one for PT after rotator cuff surgery, one for tendonitis in my foot, and now for flexor muscle pain) at the SW office and I cannot say enough good things about the team at Stepping Up, SW at Sage Bluff! The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. They are a great group!nPamela at the desk, is very knowledgeable about insurance benefits and ever so helpful with scheduling. Talk about having the patience of a saint! She is one of the best at what she does and she does it every day with a smile and a laugh!nDevin has been exceptional as my main PT (he is truly interested in helping me feel better) and he has worked wonders with my muscle pain! Right off, he wanted to give the dry needle therapy a go and I shied away from that, so we worked with exercise and manipulation, and electrical stimulation (stims) and heat therapy for a few weeks. I finally ‘manned up’ and tried the dry needling therapy at Devin’s suggestion. I wish that I had started it right away and had not waited 2 and a half weeks! It is not nearly as painful as my mind had conjured up (truly there is little to no pain depending on your threshold), and Devin talked me through it start to finish. I had several sessions of this, as well as exercises and stims with heat, and it has made a world of difference. My muscles were so tight when I first went in, and now I have no pain whatever from those pesky flexor muscles! Devin was amazing and knew what was the right regimen for my issue. He is very enjoyable to work with, too!nI also saw Tayler when my schedule didn’t mesh up with Devin’s, and she is wonderful, too.nI am three times happy with my experience at Stepping Up SW and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for relief from their pain! ud83dude0a
