This park is going to close and be converted to a hotel and convention center in the very near future (within 3-4 years)! If you plan on buying a home in the park and living here for several years, look elsewhere.
Lived here a year ago. Expensive but what isn't.
Very nice park
Have family that lives there. Really expensive space rent and it goes up yrly. Bad if your retired and on a fixed income. Dbl wide costs $616/mo.
I hope when i die, my family doesnt have my memorial service at the trailer park. It's a nice little venue for dozens of other things. Parties, celebrations, bingo, bible study, even karaoke would be great. But, it seemed a little lacking for a memorial. There is a bus stop out front, so i was able to make a fast escape.
