On site managers are a joke as is upper management I've had a busted water line from under ground for over three months flooded all under mobile home and into street maintenance has seen it but does nothing they are slum lords

Kept very clean and beautiful spaces to live! Many of the homes are older (1970) so be ready for everything that comes along with that! Accommodating pool and communal living area. Staff is friendly and helpful! Garbage and yard waste area is well taken care of. Neighbors are all beautiful souls, will fall in love with them immediately ❤ufe0f Great place to live!

In my next life I want to own a mobile home park and I'll also pay a lobbyist to ensure that laws governing parks are always in my favor.
