space rent goes up at least once a year its close too $800 per mo. they didn't want to supply bottled water when parks water was down. I would move if I could afford too. way to high for what you get.

When I am old enough to qualify to live there I'm doing it.beatiful place to live.the manager is great and the place looks like it is well maintained. Can't waite,just a couple more years
