Everyone that works there is friendly. I am happy with the OT services my son is receiving. Scheduling and communication could be better. The way we're treated is more important after our last experience.

Worlds best therapy! They care so so much for my Zayden! We have not been there very long and we're seeing remarkable changes! Outstanding! Over the top best! Recommend all the time!!!!!! Thank you guys for being awesome!

I just wanted to let everyone know that Hopebridge might be a great place for children with Autism, but I cannot. We started the intact process in early April and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to process. Since that time we have done Physical, Speech, ABA, and occupational evaluations but no treatment. I suppose they get paid for the evaluations which is beneficial for their company, but when is the child ever going to benefit. Last time I heard from Hopebridge they told me it would be late August before therapy would start!!!!

Started out with 6 months of waiting for services which is ridiculous in my opinion. Always an excuse for the waiting ... not enough therapists or to many kids needing service. Unacceptable in my opinion. Calls not returned in an appropriate time, sometimes more than 2 weeks waiting and still no return call. Again, more excuses!!nThen, due to 2 necessary surgeries, ( major surgeries) they tell us they can no longer provide services for my grandson. REALLY!!!After 9 months of being told just let us know when he can come back. After 4 BCBAs in over a year and a half and always a different therapist......seems like staffing is a major issue!! Must be some reason for that. Who suffers for this . . . The CHILD!!!

They are always willing to answer any questions or concerns. The manager and administration staff are very knowledgeable and seem genuinely interested in the kids and families!
