I want to help as a parent.nn1. The court’s letters are meant to intentionally make you feel like a bad parent. It is intimidation and generally not true. You are good moms and dads. Those people just needs jobs and talking bad about people is the only way they know how to support themselves. (Read as “Why Dementia is an Evil Disease.”) You are good parents.n2. The DCS caseworkers are not mean. You may initially feel this way. The truth is that you are annoyed by their poor communication skills and offended that they were awarded temporary custody of your child yet cannot appropriately communicate. Remember, this frustration is truly only temporary.n3. You will not have a fair trial. Please refer to points one and two for an understanding of why this will occur. Be cool and chive on.n4. Do what the court orders say and in a timely manner. I get it, you have court orders without having a fact-finding trial and that should not happen backwards. We know you are good parents and what is being said is not true. Again, this is a result of the mean court people and poor communication of DCS case managers, but arguing with them confuses them and makes things worse for you. There is no intelligent oversight. Just get it done.n5. The court orders will be for community services just as they do with criminals. Again, you are a good parent. You know that. I know that. Use your street smarts and do not say more than needed to those court-appointed snitches—psychology, drug, and social service providers—you are forced to see. Deny all negativity because they seek to destroy you (read as a Biblical reference if that is your cup of tea). Feel good that you are truly a good parent. Good luck here!n6. What is the straw that broke the camels back? That is your public defender. This example is a literal congruence with the straw man fallacy. Again, be cool and chive on. Seriously, this is the most important point due to the unfortunate circumstance given in point one.nnIn conclusion, we cannot change these people. All we can do is continue to see our children during visits, stay healthy, and push through this testament being intruded upon us. Be cool and chive on. We are good parents and very intelligent.

I’m a living witness, this place does little to nothing to actually protect children.

They lie and don't follow the law. I have proof of this. Had case worker tell many lies but I have recordings of it. Lawsuit coming soon. They are funded by title IV-D of the Social Security Act. The more families they break up, the more money they get.

Say one thing do another. Case over load. Change their answers after the fact.
