For only being open three days a week and their parking lot is empty you would think the RECEPTIONIST would be able to take time out of her morning to answer the phone. You know, do their job!

I barely get a chance to catch up and pay rent! they keep raising it higher and higher to the point buying food and necessities is impossible! nobody is ever available on call to answer questions, like what do you even do all day? it started off great but quickly spiraled out of control. this place doesn't help you in the long run, they just don't care.

Fwha employees are angels who dont get enough credit for all the good they do for families! I personally have seen countless times how housing structure builds children and parents. The stability this organization provides to individuals Creates positive change in our community. Thank you!!

So much miscommunication at this office. Calls aren’t returned (Cecily), know-it-all people (Cecily), and some are rude (Cecily). This place is literally only open 3 times a week. Makes no sense. I regret applying here.
