Went there to get 3 different items they had none of them
Good for cheap one-time use tools that would be too expensive to buy elsewhere. I've had more product returns to this place than any other store I've ever been to. The staff is pretty much just there to run the register. I would give one star, but I have gotten a few things here cheap that I've used a couple times, and haven't broken (yet). I will say the return policy is pretty good though.
Made a return of over 100.00 on Nov 2nd after going in 4 different times for parts for an air compressor with minimal help. Now two weeks later, I'm still WAITING ON THE REFUND! Called the store and spoke with a mgr and advised per my updated bank statement. Showing still no refund. All they did was give me a Corp number, with no phone calls back, and yet still no refund! Thanks Corporate! Harbor freight still owes me my refunded amount.
Store is laid out so it's easy to get to what you need. Very clean and well organized.
It is a great place to shop for tools or other things you may need for your garage/shop. Staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable of what they have and where it is at in the store. Sincerly Roger H.
