I special ordered siding and estimated 5 weeks to come in. Siding came in two weeks. I had given them my phone number and e-mail to notify me which they did 6 months ago for my other order. Now it's in the 40's and going to rain the next week. Had I gotten my siding three weeks ago it was in the mid 70's and no rain. This sucks.
Ordered online for misc things. They have convenient pick-up desk in the spacious lumber yard in the back. They were very pleasant and helpful. This is the way to go for single, older lady -- loaded everything into to trunk of my car and off I went. Plexiglass, yard supplies. They had all the things I needed.
3 stars, because it was Black Friday. I got sent all around the store by different associates while attempting a 135k salamander kerosene heater that wasn't on sale. When I asked for a blue kerosene gas can, I was first sent to propane tanks and then to the gallon cans of kerosene. It's my fault. I picked the wrong day to try and warm up my barn.
Great commitment to customer and staff health and safety! Easy shopping experience and friendly and knowledgeable staff. I love this store!
Usually get good service but today we picked up some 55 pound blocks from garden center and requested help for loading. The young man just brought the blocks to our vehicle on his machine and proceeded to watch as we loaded by ourselves.
