I'm a loyal customer to this place. The only discrepancy, I get a $5 off Birthday card. They only honor it for the month of. They should atleast honor for that year. Kinda hard to get around this year. With the whole coronavirus.
I came in primarily to take advantage of their key cutting, but also decided to pick up some weed killer. Grant helped me in both departments and was very knowledgeable, especially on the differences between weed killer brands and active ingredients. They even have a loyalty program that gave me $5 off my purchase! Very pleased with the level of service and knowledge. I will certainly be back!
It's a good hardware store but I got a beef with them. I was just coming out of high school I came to this location to apply for a job and the store manager looked at me and said you don't look like you know what hard work is you do realize you're going to actually have to do something while you're here. I said yes I'm ready to work I'm ready to learn and he wouldn't even take my application. After that year of high school I joined the Marine Corps. I don't know what that guy's problem was but it was completely disrespectful and embarrassing.
Service so poor I always regret I didn't go to the big box store.
Maybe the best hardware staff I've ever encountered. Volumes of knowledge. Greg listened to me explain my home improvement project, then suggested ways to improve it!nnEveryone here is wonderful.
