Jill was awesome! She helped me with my jewelry repairs, explained everything as she went. The repairs were done perfectly and within the time allotted. My husband sent me to Peter Franklin to give him a gift idea for our 35th wedding anniversary. Jill helped me find a perfectly lovely pair of bezel set white gold diamond earrings. Wonderful experience. I got my wedding ring there 6 years ago and came back today to get my wedding band. We live out of town and they were so helpful and sized the ring on the spot.

We were helped right away, offered drinks and they listened. The suggestions they made fit our wants. They didn't try to push things on us that didn't fit what we knew we wanted.nWe appreciated that and their prices were so reasonable and fit our budget. We weren't planning to purchase when we walked in, we were just browsing but we knew with their selection and prices we were in the right place and decided to buy that day.
