Unimpressed with the repair of my boyfriend’s watch, we sent his Invicta to Eichhorns to replace the glass, and a pin in the band was broken. Although they did have to send out for the glass, and that repair was satisfactory, the replacement of the pin was not. When receiving the watch after repairs were made, the link in the band where the pin was replaced was damaged, it looked as if the pin was hammered into the link, and the price of the repair was more than the watch itself, disappointing to say the least.n*Eichhorn did take back the watch to polish out the imperfections they made when replacing the pin, but if it was so easy to polish, I don’t understand why they did not do that in the first place, so I will say they did make it right

I visited here to have links removed from a wristwatch. The associates were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in measuring my wrist and determining which links needed removed. I would recommend this Jewelry Store for professional trustworthy wristwatch repair/alterations/service, to a friend or family member. I dropped off my new watch, informed in advance the fees and costs involved to complete alterations, and in a few days, I was notified for pick up. When I picked up my watch they took the time and attention to assure that the watch would indeed fit properly around the correct wrist prior to payment. I was very satisfied with the personal attention and customer service involved throughout, from dropping off to picking up. Was also very satisfied with wristwatch adjustments and fee charged. This particular brand of watch had unusual or nonstandard links, unlike any I was able to find online (do it yourself instructions or proper tools needed for adjustments) for this particular brand and type of watch I purchased new online, only at large wholesale/discontinued type discount. In total with the fee for adjusting the metal band links here the overall savings were substantial combined and good way to support local business if unable to purchase high end items. I was treated very well and with great respect and kindness as though I purchased my item at this store. Great people here.

I don't have a whole lot of experience with jewelers but I have to say my experience with Eichhorn has been amazing! I was looking for a place to purchase sterling silver spoons and my stepmother recommended going here. I am so glad she did! I received a fantastic set of 6 spoons for a great price. Every time I've gone in, no matter who, everyone was so helpful and polite! I gained so much knowledge and insight about my pieces and I am just delighted. I will be making future purchases from this location. I am currently in the process of getting a custom ring made and the representative was absolutely excited about the project! I am excited for the finished product. Anybody looking for jewelry or estate items, I highly recommend giving them a call or stopping by!
