Richmond BMV Branch

Kimberly is excellent. I have to admit that I didn’t have much faith in any business nowadays going above and beyond for my unique situation but Kim made all the calls and sat and waited with me until we got everything fixed. She even utilized that time to do other pending work to fill the wait. Impressed. There’s this automatic stigma about the BMV, probably because it’s mostly true in bigger cities - but Richmond’s BMV (and particularly Kim) is excellent.

I was just up here got what I needed, had to sit for a couple of minutes, but that was ok,got my paperwork ! The ladies was very nice and helpful I was in then out in no time.

The staff at this branch are very nice and try there best to take care of any issues you might have.

They never can answer the phone ever time am wait for 1hr a simple question they need work on they answering time better

The customer service rep was very helpful she walked me through getting my new registration was very appreciative of
