My package got misplaced in October, in Indianapolis. Richmond employees spent alot of time emailing & looking for it. I especially appreciate Ryan P. He took alot of extra time searching, and on 11-18 it was returned to me! Thanks so much!!

I can't believe that you think a 25-to-40-minute wait time to discuss an issue with a human being is acceptable. It's not.

The people that actually work at the counter at this location are kind, helpful, and patient. If your not sure if it's cheaper to send it flat rate or not, they will put it on the scale with the address for you to find out the cost. That difference adds up

Happy to change the review but I was quoted 30 minutes wait time and I hung up at 45. I am part of a small business seeking to gain information on commercial mailing. In the past we’ve chosen other companies and I wanted to reconsider USPS. Website doesn’t give the details I’m searching for (unless I’ve overlooked them), which is why I called. But 45 minutes on hold???
