Employees don't know anything. Messed up my daughters ear piercing one visit, during another I asked if clearance was included in the sale, employee said yes. My daughter was excited and picked out a stuffed animal only to find it wasn't included. Awesome.

Love going to Claire's to get accessories for my daughter. They usually have deals going on and they have the cutest stuff. Jewelry and hair accessories. They also pierce ears.

Sorry but stupidity is the nicest word. Walked in with the smallest purse ever and the cashier freaked out and wanted to hold it up at her counter till I was finished shopping. I have only one word. Stupid
