Amazing customer service. Had my grandmother turning 100 and I was in need of just a jewelry gift box. Gary and Christine were amazing. They made zero profit on this transaction however, have earned a customer for life! Hopefully we will be able to do some Rolex business in the future! The little things matter and they get it.
