They are incredibly helpful and understanding. I came to them for help with my severe PTSD, and they have provided me with the best counselor that I’ve had in my life. They set me up with peer support, psychiatry, and a social worker as well. I know I can call them for help if I need to speak to someone while I’m in a crisis. They really care about their patients and I can’t recommend this place enough. For the first time in my life I feel like I can get better, and it’s thanks to LCBH!

I went in and filled out paperwork almost a month ago and they said I would be contacted in 5-7 days. I moved from another county and needed to start psychiatric care and be able to get my medication refilled. They never contacted me, so I tried calling twice and was transferred to a supervisor's voice-mail both times. I called again today and found out I had been denied but they couldn't tell me why. It's so frustrating and stressful.

Did the mental health screening and to my surprise was denied! Was never made aware of why. But don't worry they referred me to two places that are closed due to covid. Would you suggest I go to my next screening looking like a crackhead so I can get real help? Only joking but the reviews reflect there service in my opinion. I guess I'll try Looking Glass next.

I applied for counseling on Monday, September 22, 2020. The front office said it would be 2 days. Well, as of this day, Tuesday, September 29th, have not received a word yet. I am kind of disappointed at this point in time. Decided to sign up somewhere else for counseling.

Quick intake, assessment, and provided services. Comprehensive treatment plans with Groups offered daily that support individual therapy. Coordinated effort provided by team. Highly recommended environment. Ive felt grateful and privileged to receive services at LCBH.
