With limited paid parking downtown and bare bones parking at the University, this parking space only offers free 1 hour parking unless it's the weekend. By comparison, the smaller city of Bend has a free 24/7 parking garage at the heart of their downtown...

It's walkable to my Rheumatologist 's office. ALWAYS easy to find parking.

Parking in downtown Eugene is so simple with access to this parking structure. It is clean and there's a lovely view from the roof. The parking attendant was very nice when we used the live person to pay when we left. The best part, there are two charging stations available, which we were able to use to recharge our car's battery while we went to watch a movie at the Broadway Metro, and later lunch at the Off The Waffle. I hope the OverPark will add a few more stations in future.

Seems to be safe and we'll kept, an improvement over previous years. There is some remodeling taking place near elevators.
