Parking permits.Wow this is bad! If you call it goes straight to voicemail every time.nWebsite doesn't offer what I need. Confusing terms. No explanation.nWHY CAN'T WE BUY IN PERSON? I don't work for the city but here I am doing all the work that someone else used to do for me.

My situation: I live in an area of Eugene that they have the right to write me a ticket, but do not have the right to issue me a parking permit to prevent me from getting a ticket in the first place....how is that legal?

Unoccupied epark vehicle at Walmart W. 11th. Parked in the pickup only space. How can parking services expect us to follow the rules? If parking services won't follow the rules.

Look over your applications very closely. We signed up for a quarterly residential permit for two vehicles, which the online system over charged us for. Then when we received the permits, they expired in 14 days because the website did not specify when the quarter ran from. Don't bother trying to get money back, also.

I would recommend not trying park on the street in Eugene unless It's a Sunday when It's free parking. The meters are checked so often that it's ridiculous. If you're over by even a minute, they'll fine you. An absolute waist of tax payer money if you ask me.
