Very disappointed in this vet clinic. Money is obviously more important than the life of a horse. Had spoke to this office and they really didn't want to make a farm call. Kept trying to persuade me to have her brought in. This was a Friday. They said I could come in Monday or Tuesday. Mare got bad on Sunday. Left three messages on their emergency line. No response whatsoever. They emphasis if you are a regular customer you can leave a message. I am a horse trainer in Ohio and so glad we have better vet services here. I guess I should of said I will pay whatever to come see her maybe they would of made a effort to at least call me. The horse is dead now. Thanks for your non service.
My family has been using Lance for years as our equine vet.nI drive 3.5 hours to take my mares to him.
