Arbor Trace Family-first Senior Living

Terrible place to send a loved one. My grandmother lives here. The food is terrible there is a distinct lack of community. Community activities are the bare minimum they can get away with. Since the covid plamdemic hit, they have somehow managed to become worse, more understaffed and generally just a bad place to live. I wish there was another alternative for the people living here but social security and disability for the elderly has been gutted. There is a serious sickness in our society and this establishment is a symptom.

My mother is at Arbor Trace. She receives good care. My family & I are pleased with the care our mom receives.

One person to tend to 15-20 patients. They are way under staffed. As soon as someone starts to complain......there goes another D.O.N. The one they have right now probly should be lookin for a new job allready if they havent fired them yet.

I want to talk to some one from the state board about my husbands care. Why was my husbands bottom red as a beet and starting to bleed from a dirty diaper that had not been checked alnight long & the next morning ??

No help from the employees basically got to do everything ourselves
