Salem Public Library

All the people that work at the library are very nice and helpful. They are working hard to keep everything clean for covid!

This is one of my most favorite places to go when I want to relax and have quiet time. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful in anyway they can assist. I also enjoy the Purdue Extension classes they have once a month. That was fun.

Nice multi-story library. It has been around as long as I can remember. Great place to study, research, or just sit and read. There is also computers available for use. My mother used to work here years ago and was the first to run the book mobile. The staff are very friendly and will assist you in any way they can.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I like to go there an use their computers or sit and read. You can also check out movies (3 at a time for a week). They let you pay off late fees in April with canned food (one can= $1 off of late fees). You can use the computers for an hour and can get that extended if it's not busy, and you can print for 10 cents a page. Sometimes their parking is full, but not usually. They also have a lot of activities and clubs and reading contests.
