They might not always get the order right but they called me back same day and refunded my money, so I withdrew my one star and gave them five because they do care.nThe manager is super nice, thanks again for the quick response and for caring.

Unfortunately I had to change my rating from a 5 star to a 1 star do too the bad service. I had tried to do the buy one get one free online for about 20 mins and it would not take the code. So I called in and told them,, they said it didnt need a code, but that is what it keeps asking for, but I tried again and still couldn't get it to work. I called back and asked if I could just do it over the phone and a lady said no, I said I would take my business somewhere else then, and she just said okay and bye and was no help at all.. I have been a regular customer there for several years now, but in a small town with over a dozen places to get pizza, I'll now be taking my business elsewhere.

Best Service nearby! Always professional and courteous. Pizza is the BOMB but the service is what really brings us back. I order delivery usually when we do pizza and I wont call another place because they ALWAYS get our order here quickly and the employees are super nice and always try to get us the best deal available. Best pizza delivery around and the crust toppers are AMAZING!

Good pizza. Super fast service. It's a great idea to have it available there at the Family Video. Order a pizza. Pick a free movie because you bought the pizza. Pick up your pizza. Go home for some family time.
