Mgr said she didn't know anything about the senior discount that's ON THE WEBSITE. mgr was rude. We ordered our sandwiches on wheat bread and got the French sub roll. Overpriced by far. French bread seemed either hard or stale, not sure which. Tuna tasted like the really cheap brand. BBQ chips were good
Put my order in at 6:48 and just received it at 7:55. Not only did we wait over an hour for our simple sandwiches but they were both completely wrong! I payed for cheese on both of them and no cheese to be found! Also, I had tomato and lettuce on mine which I put to not have.. the driver didn't even apologize for the wait. I'll never order from the Newburgh location again!
Good subs for not a so bad price. Service was good and friendly.
Waited 40 minutes in drive thru on Election Day. There were only 5 cars in front of me and one left... When I asked to speak to a manager they said the manager was at a different store, but there was a weekend manager present. This manager said she was unable to speak to me. They apologized when they gave me my sandwich but did nothing for my wasted time. Very disappointing experience, not at all freaky fast.
I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this location consistently has issues. Got a tuna sandwich today that barely had any tuna at all. Basically just bread. Wish I could add a photo.
