Newburgh Sewer Department

Several years ago when our water and sewer were on the same bill, I paid half as much as I do now. I believe American water may have been ournprovider at this time as well. And on top of the outrageous bill, we still have many drainage and sewer issues that are not being addressed. My bill has basically doubled so where is the money going?

$3.50 charge anyway you pay the bill. On the phone, online, in person, drop it off, all $3.50. I pay more for sewer in newburgh than I did for all utilities in Evansville, Henderson, Owensboro.

heartless will not work w you on their outrageous bills. when american water handled it, it was cheaper and they would at least work with you

Rates are way too high! Plus, you charge $3.50 to process a payment. Come on folks.
