Waiting for meds that can't freeze. Getting changed in delivery times all day. Made many trips to mailbox to chk for package. Finally got text saying delivered to porch. Looked all over and not there. Mean while it's dark. Finally went down to mailbox , which is quit a walk and there it was after 7pm. Why bother to send amsg if it's not true?

As a small business we have been shipping by 2 day priority. To many times this year, as in multiple times our deliveries have been delivered 5 to 7 days after they were shipped. We use tracking numbers to track them and to many are running late regardless of the time of year. We don't have this problem with Fed Ex. I'm taking my business to them, the increase cost of doing business is worth our packages being delivered timely vs just being lost. I've called the managers and they just apologize, as that's all they can really do when their employees loose packages with tracking numbers. Not an isolated incident, as this is happening more often this year than last.

Can’t even order a package without a carrier problem. They go smoothly at every ups they pass through America..but not this one

One of the last things my father sent me before he passed away was in an envelope which was larger that my post office box. They folded stand crammed it into the post office box and ruined the photo he sent.nnThe sad truth is I only have the post office is because the delivery carriers have often left our mail boxes open where I have found mail soaked from the rain, blown into the street or they have placed our mail in someone else's mail box. I know things happen, but many times they are handling sensitive materials.
