Regal Valley River Center & IMAX

I heard that Regal Cimemas are closing down again, so I felt it was my duty to drive down from Portland and see TENET in IMAX! Friendly staff, excellent picture and sound, tasty popcorn. Thank you for making my trip a wonderful experience!

Clean, customer service lacks. Employees don't make eye contact usually and mumble under their breathe when ever you need food or have a issue with something. But on the plus side this may sound weird. But their bathrooms are the cleanest and and best smelling bathrooms I've EVER had to use. Unfortunately after returning here after covid 19 closed it down the place got worse. The rooms you go to watch movies in for some reason the AC is turned off. Halfway threw my movie myself and my girlfriend noticed how hot it really was in there. Walking outside after the movie we both agreed it was hotter inside than outside at a warm 85 degrees. From 4 stars to 2 stars. I will return to see if this is addressed.

Great place for seeing the newest and latest movies in theaters check their viewing schedules for what's now playing or coming soon in IMAX and IMAX 3D and in regular 3D, for better movie related benefits sign up for their Regal Cinema club program for gathering digital points towards perks and free stuff on the house. (Note: must be at least 18 years of age or older and have legal citizenship in the US for a time period of at least 6 to 11 months to officially apply, benefits and offers void where prohibited within US and interstate laws)

Tge movie experience was fun and there was hardly anyone there due to covid. However the customer service of the staff was terrible!
