Carrie is always pleasant to work with!! We've been booking our travels thru here for a long time. Several of our family members go to them as well!!

Carrie is awesome. We have booked many trips through her!!

Called in a Monday told me to call back around 12 so I did she then asked me what I was needing which I told her that morning. Then she called back after 5pm with wrong info said she would call next morning and didn't so I called her she still had nothing promised to call me back never did. I called her once again after hours where she proceeded to put me on hold and call places. This went back and forth for three days and here I am once again told she will call me back within the hours 3hrs ago!!!!
