Terre Haute BMV Branch

This is the WORST place ever!! No one knows what is going on and when you call they tell you one thing and when you get there another. Also the employees there are the most rude people I have ever met. They have no idea what good customer service is. I refuse to do my business here anymore. I'll do it online or go to another branch. Whoever is in charge of this place really needs to do some clean up and get their act together and teach their employees how to treat people with some decent manners.

Having lived in California and stood in their BMV lines for over 2 to 3 hours this place here in Indiana is wonderful.

Employees were very helpful. Branch manager Jackie is the exact opposite. Very rude.

I didn't have to wait long, which means service was great and great customer service experience

Not busy, friendly staff. I was in and out quickly.
